30 seconds by default, with custom lengths
Each split occurs at the nearest audio sample for the chosen duration. Segments are consecutive with no gaps or duplicate samples. The final segment keeps the remaining audio even when it is shorter.
A 65-second clip split every 30 seconds creates clips of 30, 30 and 5 seconds. If your clip is shorter than the requested length, you receive one segment. Custom lengths allow decimal seconds within 1–180 seconds.
Individual WAVs and one ZIP
Segments are named in order and show start and end times. Select a segment for playback while retaining the original preview. The ZIP contains the same WAVs as the individual download links.
This free online splitter does not automatically find speech or remove silence. It splits by duration and preserves the channel layout.
